Return of purchased goods

If, for any reason, the product purchased from our online store does not suit you, you may return it within 14 days. The returned product must be unused and unopened in its original packaging with all markings intact.

The payment for the returned product will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made, within 7 working days from the date the seller receives the product.

Refunds for credit card payments will be processed by canceling or modifying the transaction.

Shipping costs are not included in the refund.

Products with the status “on order” are not eligible for automatic returns as described above.
